Emergency After Hours Support
For Premise based PBX customers, support is available after hours on a fee basis.
For SIP Trunks and Hosted Customers, please use the ticket system to report and outages or trouble. Our support team will respond to emergency requests 24/7.
After Hours support is available by appointment. There is a fee for after hours support. Payment is made in advance using the Emergency paid support form. Once you have completed the paid support form, our after hours support team will be notified of your request.. See IPitomy pricing for additional information.
Create a Support Ticket
Create a Support Ticket and an IPitomy Technical Support team member will get back to you as soon as possible. Go to Ticket System. The Ticket System is monitored on weekends and after hours. If a request is made for after hours support, go to Online Ordering to purchase support hours. Include your payment information in the ticket.
